Concrete & Pavers in
Lakewood Ranch & East Manatee.
Poured right. Built to last. Driveways, patios, pool decks, stamped & decorative concrete, and paver hardscape — installed by the same crew that measured your home. Fully insured, free estimates, serving a 60-mile radius from Bradenton 34212.
Every surface we pour & pave — done right.
Concrete Driveways
Poured-in-place driveways engineered for Gulf Coast heat and shifting soil — properly jointed, fiber-reinforced, and finished to carry Florida vehicles without the spider-cracking you see two doors down.
View workConcrete Patios
Outdoor living slabs — broom-finish, stamped, or stained — built to drain away from the house, beat the Gulf Coast sun, and turn a bare backyard into the room you actually use ten months a year.
View workConcrete Pool Decks
Slip-resistant, cool-to-the-touch pool decks — textured stamped, cool-deck, and paver-look finishes built to shed water, beat barefoot heat, and stand up to chlorine and salt around Lakewood Ranch pools.
View workStamped & Decorative Concrete
Stamped patios, pool decks, driveways, and walkways that read as travertine, slate, brick, or wood plank — poured, textured, and sealed to hold their color under the Gulf Coast sun.
View workConcrete Slabs & Pads
Shed pads, AC and generator pads, RV and boat pads, parking aprons, sidewalks, and walkways — poured flat, pitched to drain, and built for the load they’ll actually carry.
View workConcrete Resurfacing & Repair
Decorative overlays, cool-deck-style pool deck resurfacing, crack and spalling repair, and sealing — restoring tired Gulf Coast concrete without the cost of a full tear-out.
View workPaver Driveways
Interlocking brick and concrete paver driveways — engineered base, sand-set field, and locked joints built to carry Florida vehicle loads without rutting, settling, or washing out.
View workPaver Patios & Walkways
Paver patios, walkways, pool decks, fire pits, and steps — from tight running-bond paths to wide gravel-joint patios, set on a compacted base and built to stay flat and cool underfoot.
View workPool Deck Pavers & Travertine
Travertine, brick, and concrete pavers laid around your pool — cool underfoot in July, set on a compacted base that holds true through our sandy soil and summer storms.
View workPaver Sealing & Restoration
Cleaning, re-sanding, re-leveling, and sealing tired pavers across Bradenton and Lakewood Ranch — bringing a faded, weed-grown driveway or pool deck back to the day it was laid.
View workLocal crew, real East Manatee addresses.
We’re based in east Bradenton in the 34212 ZIP, bordering Lakewood Ranch — not driving in from another county. We know the soil, the HOA / ARC rules, and the community access protocols across Manatee and north Sarasota because we pour and pave here every week.
Base prep we won’t shortcut.
Most failed Florida concrete and settled pavers trace back to a skipped base. We excavate to depth, cut out soft soil, bring in compactable base, and compact it in lifts before anything is poured or laid. The prep that prevents the crack is the prep nobody sees.
Engineered joints & reinforcement.
Concrete moves with Florida heat. We plan control and expansion joints at engineered spacing and place fiber mesh, wire, or rebar to spec, so the slab cracks where we tell it to — in the joint — instead of across your new driveway.
Transparent pricing — no ‘call for quote’.
Our pricing is published on this site by finish and material type. You get a written, line-itemized estimate within 24 hours of the on-site measure. We don’t pad, we don’t bait-and-switch, and change orders only happen when the scope genuinely changes.
HOA & ARC-ready hardscape.
Lakewood Ranch and the master-planned communities around it have architectural review rules on driveway materials, paver colors, and finishes. We build to what passes, document the spec, and can handle the ARC submittal package so your project clears review the first time.
Written workmanship warranty — and Fully Insured.
Every pour and every paver install carries a written workmanship warranty on our labor, and we’re fully insured. You keep a copy of the warranty and the job photos, and we honor it.
Measure & Quote
We measure on site, check soil and drainage, review any HOA / ARC rules, talk through finishes, and email a written, line-itemized quote within 24 hours.
Prep & Form
We excavate, cut out soft soil, bring in and compact the base, set forms to the right slope, and place reinforcement — the work that decides whether the surface lasts.
Pour or Pave
Same crew start to finish. Concrete poured, screeded, and finished to your chosen texture; or pavers laid to pattern with edge restraints and polymeric joint sand. Daily progress photos.
Cure, Seal & Walkthrough
We cut joints, cure or seal the surface, clean the site, hose-test the drainage, walk it with you, and hand over the care guide plus your written workmanship warranty.
